Your first session
You can come with a question, a desire or a situation you want to understand. On your own or with your partner. In English or Russian.
The first session is a place to clarify what you want from your intimate life, what deserves attention and where to begin. You receive a short written map of priorities and first steps.
What would you like to do?
Start. Begin dating or intimacy, perhaps for the first time or after a long break. Work out what you want now and what pace fits you.
Change. Examine something that no longer fits: a repeated choice, an unspoken wish, the way you communicate, or the arrangements in a relationship.
Deepen. Explore more closeness, pleasure or novelty when much of your intimate life already works. Clarify what you want to keep and what you are curious about.
You do not need a crisis to bring a question.
What we do
We look at specific situations, your wishes and the choices in front of you. Where relevant, we consider your values and habits, physical comfort, how you present yourself, your relationships and your experience of intimacy.
You choose what to share. You decide what to change, what to keep and where to begin. I help you weigh the options.
What you receive
Your short written map sets out the question, the priorities and the first steps identified in the conversation. It is a working direction for your own situation, not a diagnosis or a promise of a particular outcome.
Further work may include education, exercises to practise independently or with your partner, and feedback. You decide separately whether to continue.
Who this is for — and its limits
IA provides private guidance and education for adults aged 18 and over. I am not a medical doctor or a licensed psychotherapist. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions. Sessions do not include sexual services or sexual contact with me.
The work concerns your choices. It cannot secure another person’s interest, consent or return to a relationship. Medical and mental-health questions need appropriately qualified professionals.
Before you book
We agree on the format, duration and fee, and when you will receive your written map. Information handling and the limits of confidentiality must be clear before we begin.
Ask about a first session
“I would like to ask about a first session, the fee and confidentiality.”
A general outline is enough. Please do not send intimate images, medical records or other people’s private messages. Before sharing sensitive details, ask how your information will be handled.
Write on WhatsApp or email contact@ilanli.com.
I will tell you whether I can help with your question and explain the terms before you book.
Illustrative example · fictional situation
“We want more variety.”
- The question beneath the question
- One partner wants more initiative. The other wants more unhurried time together. What would make intimacy more inviting for each of them?
- What to explore
- What each person enjoys now, what they are curious about and what they do not want. Where their wishes meet and where they differ.
- A first step
- Each names something to keep, one curiosity and one boundary. Together they choose one small change they both want, with the freedom to pause or change their minds.
- What to review
- What felt good? What felt awkward or pressured? What would each like to keep, change or leave aside?
This shows a possible structure for the work. It is not a client story or a promise of results. Your map follows your own situation.
